Pinecrest Déjà vu

We're covering a flashback Friday friendly topic today in light of our most recent sale. Today marks the closing of our latest Pinecrest property. While the transaction is brand new, the current owners are not!  

I represented the buyers who had a bit of history with the home that ultimately motivated them to close the deal. In an unusual twist, the buyers snatched up a home which had been theirs a few years before - just in time for the start of the school year. These longtime clients of mine left the area in 2016 to experience other chic cities around the country, but plotted a return after 3 years and immediately called me to strategize their local real estate moves. 

 It was clear that they wanted to target their original Pinecrest community primarily because of the location within the prestigious Pinecrest Elementary School district. The highly rated, grade "A" district is a rich learning environment which many clients have noted as a major factor in their decision to make Pinecrest their hometown. And when we started our search the familiar shined bright. I could see they only had eyes for their original home which I had sold for them several years prior. They knew the property was turn key and were confident in the quality of the structure and recent renovations.
